Vegetarian Garden Ranch Pizza

Ingredients

2 (10oz) pkg Refrigerated Pizza Crust 1/2 cup Mayo 1 Garlic Clove, pressed 2 cups Vern's Mozzarella, shredded and divided 1/2 cup Diced Red Bell Pepper 1/2 cup Pitted Ripe Olives, sliced 1/2 pkg Ranch Seasoning Mix 1 cup Chopped Broccoli 1 Medium Carrot, sliced 1/4 cup Sartori Parmesan, Grated

Directions

Preheat oven to 425° Lightly sprinkle a large round stone with flour Unroll both packages of pizza dough and arrange side by side on the stone Roll dough to edge of baking stone, pressing seams to seal Combine mayo, ranch seasoning, and pressed garlic; mix well Spread mixture evenly over crust Top with half of mozzarella Sprinkle broccoli, bell pepper, carrot, and olives over pizza Top with remaining mozzarella Cheese Grate parmesan over pizza Bake 18-22 minutes or until edges are golden brown Remove from oven Cool for 10 minutes and serve
