Homemade Parmesan Cheese Spread

Ingredients
1 8oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup
Sartori Parmesan
2 tbsp finely chopped pimentos
Breton crackers
1/2 clove minced garlic
1/4 cup finely chopped scallions
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
Stir together cream cheese, Vern's grated parmesan, garlic, scallions, pimentos, and pepper
Spoon into serving bowl
Serve at room temperature with crackers and bread sticks
