Chicken Parmesan

Ingredients
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Egg
1/2 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup
Sartori Parmesan Cheese
, Grated
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp Dried Basil
Directions
Flatten chicken to 1/4" thickness
In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, and basil
In another bowl, beat the egg
Dip the chicken in the egg, then coat with crumb mixture
In a large skillet, brown chicken in butter and oil over medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until juices run clear
