Wisconsin Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese
Add a twist and some spice to your grilled cheese with some pepper jack cheese.
Ingredients
- Sliced Italian Bread
- 2 slices Vern's Pepper Jack Cheese
- 1 slice American Cheese
- 1 small jar Marinara or Pizza Sauce
Directions
- Put 3 slices of cheese between 2 slices of Italian bread
- Butter the bread on the outside pieces and grill until golden brown
- Heat the marinara or pizza sauce
- Cut the grilled cheese into wedges and dip into the hot sauce
