Chicken & Bows

Stick a bow on it and call it good!

Ingredients

  • 1 (16oz)pkg Bow Tie Pasta
  • 2lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup Chopped Sweet Red Pepper
  • 2 cans Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, undiluted
  • 2 cups Frozen Peas
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Butter, cubed
  • 1 1/2cup Milk
  • 1/4tsp Salt
  • 2/3 cup Vern’s Parmesan, Grated

 

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions
  2. Meanwhile, cook chicken and red pepper in butter over medium heat for 5-6 minutes or until chicken juices run clear
  3. Stir in the soup, peas, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  4. Bring to a boil
  5. Reduce heat
  6. Simmer, uncovered for 1/2minutes or until heated through
  7. Stir in parmesan cheese
  8. Drain pasta
  9. Add to chicken mixture and toss to coat
