Cheddar Bruschetta

A delicious appetizer that will be a hit.

Ingredients

  • 24 Slices French Bread (3/4” Thick)
  • 2 Medium Tomatoes, Seeded and Chopped
  • 2/3 Cup Vern’s Shredded Cheddar
  • 1/2 Cup Vern’s Grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1/2 tsp Dried Basil

 

Directions

  1. Place bread slices on ungreased baking sheets
  2. Bake at 350° for 5 minutes on each side or until toasted.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients
  4. Spread over toasted bread
  5. Bake 8-10 minutes longer or until bubbly
